Customer Service -

Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

-Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of HDFC AMC at the Branch

-Channel management across IFA’s, National Distributors and Banks

-Team Management and development of sub - ordinates

-Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch

-Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries.

-

Knowledge & Essential Skills:

-Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region

-Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.

-In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

-High Enthusiasm & Aggression

-Team Managing Skills

-Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills

Academics:

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation; NISM certified; MBA preferred

Remarks:

-A person with experience of handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred

-A person with experience of handling Retail Channel would be preferred
