Job Description
Job Objective:
Responsible for smooth functioning of entire HR operations in the designated zone by ensuring adherence to the SOPs and timely and accurate resolution of employee queries/ grievances
Key responsibility:
Strategic (Contributory role)
Lead the overall coordination, assessment, development and delivery of training and development activities for the employees in the zones in coordination with the central Talent Management department
Coordinate with the zonal business managers and Talent Acquisition manager to ensure smooth talent acquisition within TAT in the zones
Operational (Direct contribution)
Ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures in the designated zones as mandated by the senior management
Coordinate with the zonal business managers over all HR processes to ensure smooth functioning of business
Conduct surprise checks at area level to ensure all stipulated measures are being implemented to prevent HR lapses
Ensure compliance with PMS guidelines and timelines in the zones
Collaborate with business to identify training needs
Co-ordinate with central Talent Management team for organize training programs
Implement HR processes and follow-up on compliance with HR policies in the zones
Ensure execution of HR processes within stipulated budget
Oversee and ensure harmonious employee relations in zones in coordination with Head – Employee Relations
Implement and follow-up on compliance with policies related to employee relations in the zones
Liaise with zonal business managers to address grievances and highlight critical issues to the management
