You will be responsible for anchoring the Transformation program for Agency channel.
You will lead transformation initiatives for the channel where you would be expected to be a catalyst for ideation, blue-printing the operating model, syndicating the business case and program managing the execution.
You will contribute to architecting initiatives in the strategic planning process and program manage their execution to move the needle for strategic levers such as improved throughput of Agent hired, better activation and consistent productivity of successful Agents
You will be expected to incubate emerging opportunities and exploratory ideas and conduct exploratory pilots and deploy digital solutions partnering with external partners Identify white-spaces and un-addressed seller enablement areas
to conceptualize Digital interventions and collaborate with the Digital-IT teams to deploy solutions and evangelize them in the larger field force
Enable effectiveness of the Agency Operating Cost and lead cost optimization agenda

On-time completion of blueprint of the transformation roadmap Realization of benefits of Cost control initiatives On-time completion of weekly, monthly transformation reviews Execution of defined pilots and proof-of-concepts for exploratory ideas Satisfactory preparation of business case for new operating models
You will support incubation of new distribution channels and sustain scale-up up of nascent programs launched recently
