· Oversee dealer network development, ensuring effective communication between dealerships and the bank's central team.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to drive business growth and increase market share.

· Identify new opportunities for dealer development, channel management, and retail assets expansion.

· Manage sales performance of two-wheeler loan portfolio through dealerships, focusing on secured loans and microfinance products.
