Servers and Storage Implementation and Support Engineer (DellEMC, HPE, NetApp, Nutanix, Red Hat and Simplivity experience is a key).

Specialized Skill-Set:

• Should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on various storage systems.
• Should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on various bare-metal servers systems such as HPE and DellEMC.
• Should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting virtualized environments.
• Should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting containerized environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or similar field
• At least three (4-5) years Information Technology work experience, including experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of environments running the disparate operating system and virtualization.
• Vendor certification for hardware platforms
• VCP for Vmware
• Red Hat technical certification
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned
• Ability to devise creative technical solutions and offer pre-sales input internally as well to the customer.
• Willingness to travel
• Willing to work in 24x7 supports Environment
