Job Description :
We are looking for an experience and self-driven Tele retainer to join our Semi Voice process! As a Tele retainer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve retention of customer.
Teleretainer requirements and qualifications :
2-3 years of experience as Telesales Representative or sales/collection role .
End –to-end digital lending process experience is desired.
Proven record of meet retention quota. Experience in a position where meeting retention goals was important indication of performance.
Good knowledge of retention tools such as CRM software, CBS, Sign desk, excel ,NPCI Nach portal & Karza portal.
Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information.
Speed and accuracy in typing.
Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Team player.
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualification : Graduate
Responsibilities :
Call people using a given phone directory to retain and solicit loan retention.
Calling out to prospective customers focusing on conversion.
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their need.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet retention quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Underwriting skills to do a credit analysis of retained customer.
Understanding Jana Credit policy along with deviation available to retain customer.
Understand other bank offers and handle documentation part.
