Specific Responsibilities:
Partner Management – Management of 200+ direct offices with a staff of 5000+ team members. Also, Agreement Renewal/SP Monitoring /New Business Development/Relationship Building
Stake Holder Management - Identifying critical stake holders’ expectation and involvement throughout the plan & Cross Function Alignment to enable sales
Risk & Compliance Management - Statutory compliance /Identifying and mitigating potential risk to the business/Internal and External Audits/IRDAI Risk Management
Sales Strategy & Planning, Sales Support
Monthly initiatives/RNR/P&L Management/Target Allocation/PMS
MIS Management on New Business / Renewals / Contest / Productivity Cohorts / Training / Communication Plan / Query Management
Budget Management - Budget plan and regular update on Expenditure ensuring channel stay within approved budget
Interfaces - Internal Head of Departments, Zonal Managers
Interfaces - External Vendor Partners
Key Performance Indicators Skills & Competencies:
Excel Work and Analytical in Data
Qualification Requirement: Graduation in any stream
Relevant Work-Exp Required: 15+ years of relevant experience
Language Proficiency: Hindi & English
