Sr. HR Executive

Job Title: Senior Executive – Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - HR to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, payroll management, and the entire employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce environments, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in stakeholder management. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on proficiency with ATS tools and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
• Source, screen, and select candidates using ATS tools and other hiring platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.

2. HR Operations:

• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, including employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.

3. Payroll Management:

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with payroll software to calculate salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Handle the complete lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to exit.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters and policy implementation.

6. Communication and Culture Building:

• Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Promote open communication and a feedback culture across teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in e-commerce companies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Proficiency in payroll management software.
  • Familiarity with HRMS and employee management tools.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, payroll processing, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
