Program Manager – Governance – DM Channel
Key Responsibilities:
Set Up and Maintain Governance Rhythm:
o Establish governance frameworks at various levels across the Zone/Regions/Branches to ensure alignment and consistency in performance and process execution.
o Monitor and audit the execution of governance activities, ensuring adherence to set processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Input management, Reporting & Data Analysis
o Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics, including lead sufficiency, Activity levels, FLS performance, Branch performance, training progress, and process adherence.
o Analyse data to derive actionable insights and identify areas for improvement across the funnel.
Governance of Target Achievement and Input Management:
o Oversee and ensure alignment of input management strategies to support target achievement across the DM channel in the Zone/Regions/Branches
o Regularly review target progress and support corrective actions when required to ensure KPIs and business objectives are met.
Strategizing and Implementing Head Office (HO) Governance Initiatives:
o Actively participate in the strategic planning of HO initiatives and drive their implementation at the Zone, Region and Branch level.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align HO directives with Zone-specific needs and ensure successful execution.
Outlier & Performance Management
o Proactively identify performance outliers (underperforming or exceptional) and manage these cases effectively through corrective actions or support.
o Collaborate with regional managers to ensure that performance issues are addressed promptly and in line with organizational goals.
Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring
o Work closely with line manager to ensure target achievement through effective input management, performance tracking, and timely interventions.
o Drive alignment of team goals with broader regional and organizational objectives, ensuring FLS contribute effectively to target achievement.
Execution of Initiatives & Innovation:
o Lead the execution of initiatives and innovative programs within the Zone/Regions/Branches to meet market requirements, improve operational efficiency, and drive channel growth.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that Zone-level innovations and campaigns are effectively executed.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the governance model, input management, and execution quality.
o Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to drive innovation and improve governance mechanisms.
