Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, data & user requirements to
o Evaluate implication of suggested changes
o Identify impact areas of existing processes
o Uncover areas for improvement,
o Ensure requirements are complete
o Visualize to-be process
o Obtain end-user confirmation
- Document in detail - problem statement, as-is process, business requirements and improved to-be process
- Work with business users across spectrum and levels like Sales, UW, Operations, Claims, RI & others
- Understand & explain General Insurance concepts and BRD to internal and external IT POCs
- Gain expertise in General Insurance product concepts and processes
- Project implementation, Timeline Adherence, System configuration, Review and Testing
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the organization
Key Requirements – Education & Experiences
Mandatory
- 4-5 years of work experience in Health/Motor/Marine/Liability Insurance vertical of
o A General Insurance Company OR
o A Standalone Health Insurance Company OR
o A Channel Partner engaged in sourcing these products
- Worked on / has strong knowledge one or more aspects: Policy Issuance & Servicing; Billing (Commission,
distribution management, payment management); Claims
- Experience in General Insurance Product development, beside managing day-to-day change management
- Tech Exposure - Exposure to Cloud / Web / Mobility / Social applications
Optional
- Licentiate Certification from III or likewise
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
