Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead/TPM with 8-12 years of hands-on expertise in .NET development, Entity Framework, Angular, MVC, and REST API. This role involves leading development teams, managing projects, conducting code reviews, and delivering scalable web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at both technical execution and team leadership, ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Oversee team performance, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage outsourced projects and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Architect scalable software solutions using layered architecture principles.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Ensure data integrity and performance using Entity Framework.
• Implement robust security mechanisms for applications.
• Deploy and troubleshoot web applications on IIS servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Create technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and API specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. Computer, B.E. IT, MCA, MSC IT, or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Proficiency in Angular, MVC, REST API, JavaScript, jQuery, and relational databases.
• Extensive experience in team leadership, project management, and code reviews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
