Title: Ecommerce Channel Sales Manager (ECSM)
Job Description:
As the Ecommerce Channel Sales Manager (ECSM), you'll be integral in driving sales through new B2C customer acquisition within the designated zone/region via channel partners. Your role will involve aligning product strategies with the requirements of channel partners, MSMEs, and SMEs, ensuring our logistics solutions cater effectively to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the ecommerce industry, and strong leadership skills. Managing channel partner relationships and providing dedicated support to enhance revenue generation also falls within the purview of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve predetermined targets effectively from lead generation to lead closure.
Foster and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners in the region, augmenting channel partner penetration for Ecommerce purposes.
Conduct training sessions for channel partners, emphasizing the cost-benefit analysis associated with engaging in Ecommerce logistics business.
Identify potential clusters and avenues for the expansion of B2C customer base. Grasp client needs and challenges comprehensively, presenting tailored solutions aligned with DTDC’s offerings. Conduct regular client meetings in collaboration with channel partners to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any arising issues.
