Key Responsibilities:
o Perform daily bank balance checks for all companies and individuals.
o Process bank reconciliation entries for accurate records.
o Manage cash and expense records, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
o Prepare cheques and facilitate digital banking transactions as required.
o Maintain and organize physical documents for easy retrieval.
o Prepare GSTR1 and GSTR 3B workings in Excel.
o File GST returns accurately and on time.
o Perform TDS calculations and maintain data in Excel.
o Update TDS data in Winman software and file TDS returns.
o Prepare investment reports and coordinate with the team for investment-related activities.
o Prepare working reports related to F&O activities.
o Follow up on credit card statements and collect supporting documents weekly.
o Ensure timely approval and payment of credit card transactions on a weekly basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related field.
· 6+ years of experience in Accounts or Finance-related roles.
· Proficiency in Tally, Excel, Winman software, and digital banking platforms.
· Excellent organizational and document management skills.
· Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
