Should have good exposure in Civil Construction Project
Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination, Control and
Execution.
Should have exposure in building construction.
Collaborating with the developers, engineers, contactors,
architects etc. to determine the specifications of the
project.
Handling the Site Execution; Site planning and monitoring,
Site activities & Co-ordination.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach
profitable agreements
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and
materials) as well as manage the planning and
implementation of construction projects from beginning
till the end.
Should have experience of handling RCC PEB Structures as
well as Projects and site engineers concerns.
Should be capable to maintain quality in work, safety at site,
cross verification of vendor bills as well as the Client Co-
ordination.
Checking the structural and RCC works for accuracy,
dimensions and measurement, as per GFC drawings.
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Handling the Pre-planning process such as cost estimations,
budgeting, planning, scheduling and tracking of daily
activities.
Evaluate the progress and prepare detailed reports
Skillfully interact with the internal Top Management
associates with proper progress reports of given tasks and
externally with contractors.
