Specific Responsibilities
Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating various pleadings in every litigation filed by and against the Company before authorities and various Forums, Judicial, Non Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Courts/Tribunals
Appearing before Law Enforcement Agency, various Judicial, Non Judicial Forms, and Quasi-Judicial bodies
Devising suitable strategy for every customer complaints with a view to mitigate the risk and litigation basis specific merits
Liaising and appearing effectively with Law Enforcement Agency, Advocates and Quasi-Judicial authorities
Handling customer related matters diligently, promptly and initiating proceedings before the Law Enforcement Agency and Judiciary, Non judiciary and quasi Judiciary authorities
Drafting replies to the legal notices caused by customers or third parties against the Company
Assist in creation and implementation of various processes for functions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business units, risk management, and compliance team to address legal issues and provide advice and support
Reporting of Data and miscellaneous tasks
Interfaces - Internal All Business Functions
Interfaces - External Law Enforcement Agency, Advocates, Notaries, Solicitors, Vendors,
Partners & Auditors
Key Performance Indicators Skills & Competencies
Individual Complaints resolution and handling of Law Enforcement Agency
Qualification Requirement Graduation in Law (LLB/LLM)
Relevant Work Experience 5 years PQE in BFSI sector
Language Proficiency English (Higher level of Proficiency in English language)
Any Additional Requirement
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong command over English language (Both writing & negotiation)
Should have sound knowledge on Litigation process and over procedural laws
Knowledge about Life Insurance sector (desirable)
Problem-Solving Approach, Interpretation Skills
