Job Title: Regional Sales Head – Residential, Commercial and Retail Reports to: Business Head – Real Estate Location: Bangalore
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and Regional Sales Head to lead the sales operations, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence. The RSH will work also work with CRM and Marketing teams to craft and implement sales strategies, oversee team performance, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is essential in driving the organization’s sales success and customer satisfaction and focus on:
Collaborating with the Business Head to co-develop sales strategies and drive overall growth.
Leading sales operations with a focus on process improvement and team management.
Enhancing market presence, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Planning
Co-develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Head
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to align strategies with market trends.
Identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans to target potential customers and segments.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
Oversee and optimize the sales team structure, processes, and performance metrics to drive results.
Streamline sales workflows to improve operational efficiency and increase conversion rates.
Develop and maintain sales operations dashboards, providing real-time performance metrics and insights.
Channel Partners & Broker Network
Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, including brokers, agents, and real estate consultants.
Develop strategies to expand and enhance the broker network, fostering long-term partnerships.
Negotiate and manage broker agreements, ensuring competitive commission structures and high performance.
Sales Closing & Customer Satisfaction
Oversee the sales closing process to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient closings.
Proactively monitor and resolve any closing-related issues, ensuring seamless customer transactions.
Focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional post-sale service.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing residential sales team.
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team meets or exceeds its targets.
Encourage collaboration between the sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer success.
