Reason for Recruitment:

As a PMO Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience, candidates are required to support the Project Management Office’s (PMO) mission to ensure successful project delivery across the organization. Candidate shall work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior management to enhance project governance, optimize project performance, and drive strategic alignment.

Qualification:

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable: PMP, CAPM, or similar PMI certification preferred.

Skills Sets:

Essential:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Desirable:

Experience in project management or PMO roles, with a track record of managing or supporting multiple projects.
