- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, paid media, and more.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media dark ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by analyzing user behavior and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resource allocation aligns with campaign priorities and delivers results.
- Monitor and analyze advanced analytics to track performance, derive insights, and inform decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Strong knowledge of web design principles and their impact on user experience and conversion rates.
- Proficient in data analysis and advanced analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget management and experience in aligning financial resources with strategic objectives.
