Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers for insurance products and services.
Design and execute inbound marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.) with the goal of increasing qualified leads.
Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in lead generation performance.
Content Development & SEO:
Collaborate with content teams to create engaging content aimed at lead conversion (landing pages, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).
Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO), increasing organic traffic and improving conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.
Provide detailed reports on lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas of opportunity.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize the lead generation process.
Identify trends and areas for optimization to increase overall conversion rates.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and product offerings.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners when needed to support campaign execution.
Relevant Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation, particularly in the insurance, financial services, or B2B sector.
Proven experience running successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a track record of increasing lead volume and improving cost efficiency.

Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Communication & Creativity:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling ad copy and landing pages to drive conversions.
Additional Skills:
Experience in the insurance sector or financial products is highly preferred.
