Job Description

The Manual Tester is responsible for validating the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications through manual testing techniques. This role ensures that applications meet business requirements and are free of defects before release.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES - -

Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories.
Skill in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla
Competence in understanding and analysing functional and non-functional requirements to derive test scenarios.

Ability to perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities
