IT engineer- Service Desk

Responsibilities:

• Respond to business partner queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to applications and APIs.
• Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Document technical issues and solutions in ticketing systems or knowledge bases.
• Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, or other technical staff as required.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, system changes, and support policies.

Qualification Essential: - Bachelor’s degree in information technology.

Essential Skills:

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux commands, API troubleshooting

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Willingness to work on a rotational basis in morning and evening shifts to ensure coverage during critical go-live support periods.
