Job Description
FuelBuddy is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager, Global Marketing to lead our marketing
efforts across all international markets. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing
comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality B2B demand, and support
our aggressive growth objectives for existing and new energy segments globally. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, digital demand generation, and building high-
performing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Marketing Strategy: o Develop and implement FuelBuddy's overarching global marketing strategy, aligning it with
business objectives for market expansion, new service launches, and revenue growth across all
operating regions (including UAE, Africa, and India).
B2B Marketing & Market Segmentation: o Deeply understand the B2B customer journey and decision-making process across diverse industries
and geographies.
o Conduct thorough market segmentation analysis to identify target audiences, their needs, and optimal engagement strategies in each region.
Online / Digital Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: o Lead the development and execution of robust demand generation programs to acquire high-
quality B2B leads globally.
o Oversee integrated campaigns across all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, virtual events, etc.) to drive inbound inquiries and
nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Digital Marketing & Analytics for ROI Optimization: o Drive marketing initiatives, leveraging data analytics to track, measure, and report on the
effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
o Continuously optimize strategies based on performance insights to maximize marketing ROI and achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: o Develop and execute compelling Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for existing and new regions
and services, ensuring successful market entry and adoption of FuelBuddy's diversified energy
solutions.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: o Define and oversee the creation of compelling and valuable content (e.g., case studies,
whitepapers, thought leadership articles, industry reports, videos, website copy, sales
presentations) that resonates with B2B decision-makers and effectively supports the entire sales
funnel.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration: o Collaborate closely with the global sales team to develop impactful marketing collateral, tools,
and training that empower them to effectively communicate FuelBuddy's unique value proposition,
overcome objections, and accelerate deal closure.
Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation,
accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically in B2B marketing from a B2B company.
Proven experience of 5+ years in online/digital demand generation, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing global GTM strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and optimize marketing performance.
Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Kyles) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
