Job Role: Manager – IT Infra & Infosec
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Purpose:
• 8-10 years of experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure within the NBFC domain, encompassing systems, network and security, end-user support, IT incident/problem/change management, telecom, branch setup, and data centre operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, IT security tools, and MIS reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to effectively manage internal teams, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across the organization.
• Proven experience in regulated environments such as BFSI or NBFCs, with a focus on IT governance, risk management, compliance, and service excellence.
• Accountable for overseeing the organization's outsourced technology infrastructure, including architecture design, capacity planning, administration, operational management, and troubleshooting, to maintain efficient, stable, reliable, and secure IT operations.
Key Accountabilities
IT Infrastructure & End-User Device Management
• Manage rollout and support of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, productivity tools (e.g., O365), and security tools (EDR, Drive Encryption, DLP, SSE) via outsourced FMS teams.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related security tools.
• Handle licensing, user provisioning, configuration, and compliance settings.
• Manage Azure subscriptions and resources such as VMs, virtual networks, storage, backups, and Azure AD.
• Provision and maintain servers, databases, storage, and assets with patch and capacity management.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems and applications.
• Oversee backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions, including periodic drills.
Network & Security Management
• Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless) across headquarters and branches.
• Monitor network uptime, bandwidth, and troubleshoot outages with ISPs/vendors.
• Monitor and manage cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, PIM, DLP, data classification, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and gap analyses in line with ISO 27001, NIST, and RBI cybersecurity guidelines with external partners.
• Respond to security incidents, breaches, and forensic investigations.
• Ensure secure configurations and access management across all systems.
• Collaborate with Information Security & Compliance teams to ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC IT guidelines.
• Implement IT controls, periodic audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor information security policies, procedures, and controls.
IT Operations & Service Management
• Oversee Helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of IT issues across departments and branches.
• Implement ITIL-based incidents, request, and change management processes.
• Supervise day-to-day IT operations ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
• Work with Managed Services teams to set SLA criteria for cloud infrastructure availability and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate infrastructure service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage cloud-based technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Technical Expertise & Knowledge
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components: hardware, network, server, storage, security, IP telephony.
• Proficient in managing mixed environments (Windows, Linux), client-server architecture, business applications, firewalls, and security tools.
• Clear understanding of network security, virtualization, cloud technologies, storage, and data centre operations.
Team Leadership & Documentation
• Lead internal IT support and infrastructure teams, aligning efforts with organizational goals.
• Conduct skill assessments, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Promote a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior IT team members.
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, policy updates, audit reports, and risk registers.
• Support IT-related audits (statutory, internal, external) and maintain audit logs and compliance reports as per NBFC/RBI regulatory norms.
• Generate MIS dashboards covering support tickets, infrastructure health, cloud usage, vendor performance, and SLA adherence.
