Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Civil (Building Projects)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Experience: 7–8 Years

Salary- Up to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently carry out surveying works (layout, levelling, setting out etc).
• Manage and supervise civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, and external development.
• Verify survey data, dimensions, and elevations against GFC drawings and report discrepancies.
• Prepare work measurements, quantity take-offs, and material reconciliation.
• Review and certify subcontractor bills based on actual work and measurements.
• Ensure quality assurance & quality control (QA/QC) at each stage of work.

· Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines at site.
