Position Name: Business Development Executive
Job Requirements:
Responsible for managing lead generation, cold calling, set up appointments, rapport maintenance, understanding of client needs and closure of deals after negotiation.
Lead generation, Cold calling, appointment setting and client management will be the focused areas.
Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
Establish & extend the company’s market leadership through effective contributions towards Business Development & Sales.
Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduate/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Science second preference) with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field, with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling International clients in sales and business development
activities through phone, e-mail, video, in-person meetings. Preferably no gap in working and looking
for stability.
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
Meet cold calling targets set daily, weekly, monthly
Develop marketing and sales strategy for the company – geography, vertical, service specific
Excellent communication Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseasclients.
Self-Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.
