Key Result Area:
IT Manager are always referred to as bridge builders between people and processes within the organization, as these are the technical components needed for driving a transformational strategy. IT Manager confines to keeping track of emerging Technology trends, policies, and ideas critical to improve our production services and workflow. Constantly building on the vast knowledge of systems and cyber securities requirements. The duties will involve the technical side of the business, ensure marketing products and operational design requirements. IT Manager MUST have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Skills requirements:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
Effective communication skills to translate complex documents and technical matters to stakeholders and non-technical staff.
Capacity to liaise between the management and technology team requirements service requirements.
In depth knowledge of web system architecture, apps design and development
Must understand business operation liaison with all department’s heads, understand technical requirements to improve workflow.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Hands on experience with complex project management
Lead technology team in their day-to-day operation, supervising head of departments, setting performance goal technical teams.
Annually evaluate his technical teams’ skills requirements.
Conduct technical review of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability.
Responsible for tracking, and controlling the development of annual capital operating budget for purchasing hardware/software requirements
Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet business requirements.
Manage all vendors, Telecommunication ISP, Consultants/Developers, Hardware and Software
Effective negotiation and time management skills.
Work closely with the marketing, business development and operation team to deliver new and enhanced products.
Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring technology performance metrics.
Strong leadership skill to manage multiple departments and teams.
Ability to build appropriate environments to foster talents, innovation, and delivery of effective development strategies.
Ability to anticipate and develop plans to address technological challenges and short falls.
Proactive problem solver and attention to details
Increase operational inefficiencies.
