Designation: Sr. Engineer/ Dy. Manager/ Manager
Location: Mumbai
The person will be responsible for design of Transmission line towers for various projects at International locations.
Area of responsibilities :
• Designing of Towers for Tender and order as per specification requirements
• Checking of Tower Design and Foundation Design, Tower detailing checking & finalizing in Bocad (3D software) and Autocad.
• Checking of Profiles and Test Data Sheets. Attend Towers Tests.
• Checking of BOI Items received from procurement division
• Drawing preparation, checking & finalizing drawing in Autocad (2D software) w.r.t. BOM & sketches
• Maintain ISO records ( drawing/client submission/LD/MD status)
• Co-ordination with client, consultant, site office and sub-contractors related to design issues
• Co-ordinate with Gandhinagar & In house drawing records client submission/LD/MD stages.
• Read specification & evaluate drawing related points, notes etc. ( Order stage)
• Review client comments, revision, updating w.r.t. final stage
• preparation bolts, nuts grip chart as per clients requirement And checking bolts, nuts & washer summary accuracy in bocad software
• Insulator attachments Checking and HRH & Anti-theft bolt level finalize as per specification.
• Work distribution in team of drawing/tendering works, Improve drafting skill & knowledge in team.
