This role is completely focused on anchoring the Culture Building, Employee Engagement etc. for the organization, consisting of -
1. Devise/refine, communicate, and implement people policies & SOPs.
2. Manage entire employee feedback open/close loop collect, review, decide, communicate, act on employee feedbacks.
3. Plan and implement actions to keep core values alive in the organization, including international locations.
4. Plan and manage engagement initiatives.
5. Implementation of processes for adherence to code of conduct across organization.
6. Plan and execute organizational communications.
7. Devise employer branding strategies and implement actions.
8. Contributing to designing culture building framework, plan initiatives to enhance culture and implement across organization, integrating the same across international locations.
9. Design and conduct employee surveys pulse/mood/ eNPS, etc.
10. Design and implement rewards and recognition program across the organization.
11. To update training modules / courses in power point and software, periodically.
