As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the team in our Hyderabad office and be responsible for the supporting existing file ingestion schedules, systems and support and address adhoc requests from internal and external stakeholders which are critical for business in a timely manner. You will identify and drive architectural changes to improve internal processes and work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability and manage any problems that arise.
