A. Job Description

Primary Responsibility

Strategic Planning
|
Analyze, create, and configure new computer software and systems in order to meet the needs of their workforce.
Identifying business requirements through conversation, analysis, and focused observations.
Analysing and recommending improvements to existing IT infrastructure.
Customizing SAP solutions through development and configuration.
Creating user-friendly interfaces and expanded functionality by writing scripts and programmes.

Process Excellence
|
Implementing SAP solutions and guaranteeing system integration.
Optimizing performance by troubleshooting and addressing issues.
Supporting SAP systems and providing end-user training.
Documenting SAP processes meticulously and giving progress reports.
Ensuring that industry regulations are followed.
Staying current with SAP's latest offerings, upgrades, and advancements.
Set up FI-AP vendor groups, master data for vendors, down payments, and open item clearing.

Work with business management to gather requirements, prepare as-is to-be, configuration changes, unit testing and data conversion process.
Actively participate in the configuration of the FI-GL, FI-AP, and FI-AR modules' discrepancies.
Configure global settings for electronic bank statement define the lockbox control parameters and define the posting data.
