We're Hiring: Non-IT Recruiters – Multiple Openings (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Bangalore)

Locations:

• Mumbai (Andheri East)
• Ahmedabad (Prahladnagar)
• Pune (Kharadi)
• Bangalore (Jayanagar)

 Experience Required: 1 to 12 Years
 Work Mode: In-Office (No WFH preferred)
 Openings: 10 Positions
 Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

UpMan Placements is expanding its recruitment team and we're looking for Non-IT Recruiters who are passionate about hiring and bring experience across sectors like BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, Construction, and EPC.

This is a pure recruitment role involving end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to closure. No client coordination or business development – just pure recruiting for some of the best names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level mandates in Non-IT sectors.
• Understand job requirements and source the right talent using portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates through the selection process.
• Meet defined monthly recruitment targets and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with team leads to ensure timely closures and quality hiring.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 12 years of recruitment experience in BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, Construction, EPC, or other core Non-IT industries.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive and go-getter attitude.
• Willingness to work from the office full-time (no WFH options available).
